Child Spirit Consignment is created by Michele Grove who has lived in Martinsburg, WV since 2001. After working with Mona Tisler of Classy Kids Consignment in Manassas, Virginia, she decided that a consignment fair would be a wonderful opportunity in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Classy Kids Consignment is a successful program in Prince William County and working with Mona and her team taught Michele a great deal about how a consignment fair works.
